Quick Q. Do I open a BR friendly account before or after the hearing? I have a cheque to pay in which is dated 1st Feb and is for £92.

As you hearing is on Monday I'd wait to put the cheque in until you hear what your OR has to say. Are you referring to your Coop or Barclays post BR account? You will probably have a quick phone call from your OR on the day of BR and at that stage ask him if you can use your bank account. If in the unlikely event he says no, then you still have the cheque.

FYP I don't think MM has opened a bank account yet.
MM ring up the Co-op and get the wheels in motion. It wont be open till after the BR hearing so you will have no problems with it.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0 -
I think they are open today so give them a ring. I think its quicker to open it by phone and be sure to ask for the cashminder account.

Just got off the phone to the COOP. Told them I was going BR on Monday, they said no problem and I now have a shiny new CashMinder account. Card and paying book will be with me by end of the week."What does not kill you makes you stronger"0
