If you buy an item for less than the voucher's value you can use the voucher again later as it only removes the amount spent, ie spend £2.99: £8.75-£2.99=£5.76. The £5.76 remains on the voucher code to be used on a later order.

I was in the middle of paying for School of Rock just before the CDWow system seemed to crash. I've received a Confirmation of Card Transaction from Worldpay but not a confirmation from CDWow and it didn't get as far as giving me an Order No to check on their tracking system. Does anyone know whether I'm likely to:

- Get the DVD and be charged; or
- Not get the DVD and be charged; or
- Not get the DVD and not charged

I don't particularly want to get in touch with CDWow in case they cancel my order and I also don't know whether to order it again in case the order hasn't gone through.

I have a few voucher codes from 'The People' promotion, but it's not accepting any of them. This is pretty annoying, especially as they don't detail any expiry date

If you follow adirect link from https://www.hotukdeals.co.uk you can get £1 off. Its the link v near bottom of the page though some of the others don't work.

Ah yes, I can get a few £1 off codes, but the People codes were for £2 off each.

Same thing happened to me, so I e-mailed them and got this back straight away;

Many thanks for your e-mail.



Apologies for the inconvenience – it appears that when you placed your order, even though WorldPay (the payment provider) debited your account, they had informed us otherwise, hence we were not able to send anything as according to our records, no money had been taken.



I have today contacted WorldPay with the reference number you have quoted and can confirm that indeed the money was debited and therefore I have been able to manually authorize your order which should be dispatched within the next 24 hours.



Apologies for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
