own image printed on wedding invites?

i have a friend who is an artist who is going to draw an image to go on our wedding invites. i'm looking at how to get this image onto the invites. has anyone else done this and can you recommend me either company to do it or how to do it?

    One of our children had some lovely photos, very casual like going for walks in the woods etc. We then printed out the invites on vellum and fastened the 2 together with the photo behind the vellum they looked beautiful and we continued the theme through to the order of service it was fun to see people comparing which shot they had.

  • I would say scan it onto your computer if you are making your own invites. We did this with the photos we used and our invites came out perfect!
