Confused? Muchos!

I have picked up a bankruptcy pack today from the local county council following my husbands redundancy last week. Sheesh, it is massive and very confusing...where to begin?
Firstly, all debt is unsecured & in my own name therefore only i am going bankrupt not my husband.
The only asset i have (i think) is my small clapped out car worth around £500 which i will need for work when i return after maternity leave.
I have no savings, i have no shares and any large household items such as laptop and tv are my husbands for which he can produce receipts.
In the pack it asks do i have use of a car that isnt my own? Yes, my husbands. But what difference does that make?
I have read on here that my tax code is changed? Is that correct? I am on statutory maternity pay from work at the moment following the birth of my 2nd child so i dont pay tax anyway.
We live in a private rent house that is only in my husbands name & the rent comes from his acct - will the or inform our landlord?
We have within the last few weeks moved to a new home and alot of my debt is still registered to our old home - is it possible not to move the debt to this property and use this as a care of address?
Those are just a few questions that are ringing alarm bells for me atm and i would appreciate any help in answering them.
Many thanks xx

Firstly, all debt is unsecured & in my own name therefore only i am going bankrupt not my husband. Thats good news as it is easier if only one of you goes br.
The only asset i have (i think) is my small clapped out car worth around £500 which i will need for work when i return after maternity leave. It may or may not be taken by OR, when do you go back to work?
I have no savings, i have no shares and any large household items such as laptop and tv are my husbands for which he can produce receipts. Normal household goods like that don't even need to be listed. They aren't looking for these things. I put 0 assets on my forms.
In the pack it asks do i have use of a car that isnt my own? Yes, my husbands. But what difference does that make? It may mean that you don't need your own car.
I have read on here that my tax code is changed? Is that correct? I am on statutory maternity pay from work at the moment following the birth of my 2nd child so i dont pay tax anyway. If you were to go BR before end of the tax year then it isn't applicable anyway.
We live in a private rent house that is only in my husbands name & the rent comes from his acct - will the or inform our landlord? Probably not as lease isn't in your name.
We have within the last few weeks moved to a new home and alot of my debt is still registered to our old home - is it possible not to move the debt to this property and use this as a care of address? No. Debt isn't register to the address but to the person.
