full assessment backdated to default assess date

    Update - I have now received a response to my query about why the full assessment which is lower than the DMD was backdated to the original DMD date. They say that legislation changed in 2006 that meant when ever a full assessment was done it was backdated to the DMD date.
    However, that doesn't seem to agree with their own literature on their own website - leaflets CSL301 & CSL303 both dated correct as at 1 Nov 2008 which both state that once the NRP provides the necessary figure the assessment is taken from the date the information was provided.

    Am I interpreting it incorrectly? Maybe someone who works at the CSA can clarify this, Thanks
