hubby ready to go ahead me no

ok so im scared... both in debt with unsecured loan an credit cards. still managing to pay by robbing one card to another like you do. my worry is we have been told not to pay our creditors, whilst saving for fees...for b.r.the thing is there is so many people now once we start the process.we may not get in quickly..i am really scared of hassle from creditors by phone letter or door.all our debts are loan with t.s.b.an credit cards various. just how far will they go to hassle us....scaredy cat

    Well they wont move very quick at all made harder by the fact that they are at the moment very busy. It will take them an age to get anyone round to your house as they have to go down many legal avenues before this happens so dont worry about that.

    Yes you will get letter not a lot you can do about that but if i was you to avoid the annoying calls just call BT and ask to have your number changed at least that way you will get peace.

    Is it just the fees aspect making you not ready, or is it something else? If you have the fees, and you know you are in this situation, there's not really any point delaying it... get it over with and then get on with your life - that is what I am intending to do anyway.

    It'll get the creditors off your back quicker too :)
