does anyone know if cineworld do the cheap kids movies in the school holidays we could do the bowling then go see a movie after if they do.
  • We did this just before Xmas, it was a great offer for the price...5p for our whole family to play. I was unsure when I booked online about definitely getting it for 1p each but phoned them and they assured me that I would get for 1p each as long as I arrived before 9.30. Yes, in the small print there is a cancellation charge so make sure if you can't go to cancel it otherwise it will cost you. This is an online offer only, if you turn up before 9.30am and haven't booked online you will be charged normal prices. Our Hollywood Bowl had signs up warning people!!

Good they are doing bacon rolls this time, as its a bit early for crisps and slush puppies (They will make their money that way, I do grudge the prices for snacks in there.)

    Happy bowling!!
  • I did this last time too; great fun and great deal. :D

No, just Saturday mornings for the £1 movies or you could find someone with an orange phone and do a 2 for 1, or you can go on Bargain day (is that still Tuesdays?).

Can you only have 1 game for 1p? And the next game is charged at full price?
  • Has everyone else had a confirmation email when they book this? I booked mine last night and have a booking ref but no email has come through confirming the sale.
I have the simplest tastes. I am always satisfied with the best.

One time i didn't get the email, but it was still fine. Perhaps ring them and quote the ref just to get peace of mind? x

Yes, if I recall correctly only the first game is 1p - the next one if full price, though there are usually morning offers on. Best to check. You may find one game is plenty.

Is it possible to take 3 adults and 1 child and pay normal price for one of them? Also what is the age range for children?
