Last Minute,Please Help-In court for BR Monday!

Hello guys, will be off to court Monday guys so just some last minute questions , thanks so much.

I have just completed all the online forms but i am a little confused. Once i have submitted the forms will the online service generate both the Debtors petition 6.27 and the Statement of Affairs 6.28?
I have followed and filled out each section online but not an actual Debtors Petition.
Will the system generate form 6.27 from the information given?

The question which asks which address i have lived at for the greater part of the last 6 months immediately proceeding this bankruptsy petition, is this my current rented address, where i have lived since Jan 09 or the address before where i lived for 4 years? Sorry!

I am going to withdraw all funds from my bank tomorrow, is this ok?

Also as monday 9th feb is my day is there any last advice you guys can give??

The court appearance will be fine. The court staff will be helpful, and the judge. Just be totally honest, and answer questions asked, without a long history. He or She will have seen and heard it all before.

Then go off and treat yourself, or sit quietly somewhere or go for a walk, whatever you feel like and take the rest of the day off. You are debt free now.

the online forms generate 6.27 (debtors petition) and 6.28 so dont worry about that.

Withdraw all available cash before you go bankrupt.

After I had been filed bankrupt which was 12th Jan 09 I photocopied the BR order and sent a copy to all my creditors including those that were in joint names and have had very little contact from any of them.

Another Monday 9th here too! I've got a few sections to complete on mine and hubbies forms before Monday but nearly there.

Is it just the forms and money, do I need to take proof of who I am (passport?).

I've been taking money out bit by bit from my HSBC account, Im not going to put anything into the new co-op account until the BR has gone through on Monday.

No, you don't need to take proof of ID - just your forms and £495!

We had our on Thursday the 5th Feb and it was absolutely fine. The judge didn't even want to see us and our is very complicated as well. Spoke to an OR on the phone at a different court who made us feel he was completely on our side and his exact words were. You are now under the protection of the crown.
Don't worry it is ok.

My goodness - Monday is going to be a busy day! Good luck to all of you going BR that day and just remember - the hardest part about BR is the lead up to it with all the unknowns, the phone calls etc. Now you know what you're in for and you've met on this forum hundreds of people who have been through it and lived to tell the tale. Sleep well tonight and tomorrow night - you're almost there.

FYP thats very true, things have been tough, even someone who i thought was a close friend has surprised me on their view of why im doing it and what they think. I just hope it doesn't get worse before it gets better, thats my worry.
