Co-Op Account - Joint Account Query

Hubby and I have both got our new co-op accounts ready to for next after our BR on Monday, there is nothing in them as yet.
Today I phoned up to open a joint one for our bills to come out of but it was referred. I did ask him why when we both had separate accounts already but he couldn't say.
I personally think he put it through on the wrong application because when I applied for the cashminder individual account I wasn't asked some of the questions he asked me.
Going to go into the branch near me after BR on Monday to see what is happening, just wondered if anyone else had the same thing happen to them.

We had a joint account first, when I applied for one just in my name it got referred too, but it all went through fine.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0
