I already have a home with 90% equity so that would be re-mortgages to make up the deposit. I believe that I can make upto 50% deposit (on the new house)from remortgage this house. I will be doing graphic design for medium to small companies. I already know an accountant & intend to register as a Limited company.

I have gone to the bank today and asked for an appointment with the business advisor and mortgage advisor. They should ring me some time this or next week. I'll keep you posted about what they say. I think that I will need to be trading for 2 years as I can't see myself making the money I need in one year of the business..“…the ‘insatiability doctrine – we spend money we don’t have, on things we don’t need, to make impressions that don’t last, on people we don’t care about.” Professor Tim Jackson

You need minimum 6 months income figures as assesed by your own qualified accountant. Your Bank will almost certainly need at least 2 years trading history.0
