    Did you all get your bags ? I ordered one and got a confirmation of order email on the 7th Feb. Not received the bag or heard anything more from them so just rang them. Told - 'Oh we ran out of them, didn't you get a cancellation email ?' Er NO -so not very happy - customer service pants ! Have checked and they haven't taken any money from my card but still - grrrr :mad: . Won't be ordering from them again !

    Ellidee, do you have a hotmail account and the cancellation email went into your spambox? This has happened to me a couple of times with emails.
