Want to buy a solid wood TV unit -any reccommendations?

Have now sold enough things on ebay so that I can now afford to replace my nasty looking tv unit. Can anyone reccommend a good cheap furniture outlet? I quite like the plain, chunky looking units (like the picture below), but they tend to only be available in Oak & out of my price range (of max £200). I don't know why you can't get similar styles in pine, or maybe you can & i'm looking in wrong places. Any reccommendations....?? Thanks

i'm assuming it's a corner one you are after ,if it is ,i to had this problem ,but bought a really nice one from Next at £199 ,i'll look for the link & post it .
Sorry ,just looked ,it was £299 !! even that was cheap IMO ,good luck on your search .Gotta love a good bargain !0 -
Try https://www.cotswoldco.com their quality is always good and I did notice they had some TV units in the sale.0

Have you tried charity shops. I have seen plenty very good quality wooden ones for under £20.
Some charities have specialist furniture shops.0 -
Can't believe the prices...thought there was a recession on & it was a buyers market! Not much in Cotswold to consider, as it is a corner one that i'm after. Love the idea of buying from charity shop, however local ones are small & don't stock furniture. Did see one in halfcost, but small print says they are spoils. So the serach continues....thanks for help so far!
