Lemon zest/juice, garlic, chilli, mixed herbs, cajun spice, fajita seasoning - any of the above or a combination....
I also use Aromat quite often - tasty, but IIRC it does have MSG in it....

I love roast veg with garlic. throwing 5 or so cloves with the skins still on. Adds a subtle flavour and you can pop them out of the skins when cooked and eat. Yummy, especially withg a bit of rosemary as well.0

I usually roast - sweet potatoes, leeks, beetroot, carrots, baby potatoes splash of olive oil, rock salt, few twists of peppercorns, some mixes herbs and sometimes add a splash of balsamic vinegar too. We haven't had this for a while so will have to have it soon, its so easy and saves having a few saucepans on the go.0

I especially like courgettes, onion, peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes etc. I use spray oil to save a few calories and sprinkle italian seasoning or garlic bread seasoning if I can find it.:j New Year, New You = 1.5lb/12lb:j0
