10L bags of compost 30p each at Netto

Hey all

Went to my local Netto (Heanor - Derbys) yesterday and they had 10 litre bags of compost for 30p. Great value in comparrison to local garden centre where they were offering 3 x 25 litre bags for £10

Not sure how good it is but alas at 30p a bag surely you can't go wrong!

Has anyone tried this stuff before - sorry can't remember the brand...

do they still have any seeds there? I am looking for some sweet pea seeds (my favorite) that are inexpensive

Yes they do still have the cheap seeds. when i next go I can take a look for you if you like

Yes please as I don't want a wasted trip as mine is about 15 miles away

Why don't you ring them up and ask your local if they are still selling the seeds and if they have any sweet pea in stock and if they do to put some aside on customer services for you to go and pick up.

Hey mrs Ids I called today at Netto and got the last 2 packs or Sweet Pea seeds, PM me with your address and i'll post them on for you!

I collected 6 bags of compost today still plenty left too - my mistake though they are 39p not 30p.

Does anyone know where you can pick up cheap fruit bushes. I got some from Aldi at 99p but they have none left now and got some from InStore for £2 each but looking for more so we can make wine from them in the future - any thoughts folks?

I think Wilkinsons usually sell fruit bushes, but as they're not something I get I don't know the price. Things tend to be pretty cheap in there though.

I get a weekly email with their offers, but I can't see where you sign up for it at the moment.

Hi,

Can some one do me a huge favour next time they go to netto as heard they have very cheap seeds. But the problem is they havent come to South Wales yet . Can someone when they go next get some seeds for me. I'm really not that fussed what seeds but they need to be flowers/grasses/sweet peas.

I'm really looking for trailing flowers for hanging baskets, if someone could grab a few packets 20/30 maybe will send you the money and a little more and postage via paypal.
