    And they fail completely to take any hints and take it as a personal slight that you can do something better than them.

    And they get really upset when you just resort to the word "Move!"

    The "playing to your strengths" thing does have to be carefully monitored from both sides of it. People may feel bad about doing too much, but they also feel bad about doing too little.

    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
    Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.
