Assembled mine last night, very pleased indeed. Plenty of padding and I really like the back support. Thanks again to the OP :T

I ordered one of these for my dad in the Edinburgh store and when he went to collect it he was told that their computer systems were showing the wrong stock amount as they actually had none left. After complaining the manager informed him he could have the £99 chair for the same price. I'm told its a much better chair so it's worth complaining if you order it online to collect from store and they have no stock left.

It was the Marco model which retails at £49.99. Far less quality imo.

I rang customer services who said the best they could do was send me some returns labels I send it back then when they recieve it they will send the correct one whihc was too much time and hassle! In the end I went to my local store(meadowhall retail park) and they exchanged it for me. In the end though I still paid delivery and had to pick one up

No because I had bought the Sierra.

I paid £34.99 + £3.99 del
BUT I then had to go and collect it myself anyway
