Tescos: Online offers always in store?

The Tesco website is showing Dentastix reduced to £5, but they're not in the store.
I'll ask next time I'm in, but has anyone else bumped into offers online that aren't available in a normal Tesco store?

I usually print out what I want from My Supermarket and then take this list to Tesco. A few weeks ago I noticed that some of the offers on webb were not reduced in store and was informed by staff that this is normal. A bit careful what I pick up now.0

It turns out that they were reduced, it's just that no one had put the ticket out. Good news for Poppy, who now has 8 months of sticks in the cupboard
