fixed rates

been offered a 5.29% fixed rate for 10 years on my £32000 mortgage is this a good deal , its with the abbey:confused:

  • I guess they mean compared to other 10 year fixes on the market. You'd have to go see a broker or do lots of research yourself to find this out, I would have thought.

    What's the arrangement fee? On a mortgage of that size you could be better paying a slightly higher rate and a smaller fee.

    got a 5.29% fixed for 10 years no fees,from brittania,that was for £26000
