I am currently nearing the end of a two year fixed rate with morgan stanley they are raising it from 5.49 to 8.44.is this possible to raise it to this amount

Check what is says in the mortgage offer
Does it state that your mortgage will revert to the lenders SVR currently 8.44% as of the DATE you took out the mortgage !!!
What is morgan stanley,s current SVR and does that now apply to your mortgage.0
