our day in court[yes it snowed!]

hello again
day seems to have flown by, br was booked in for 9.00am got there early but staff were late due to weather!!:rolleyes: they went thro forms and then told us judge maynot get there cos of the snow but they would phone him and check if they could just stamp the forms. Judge then arrived me & oh went in , he agrred with decision 'i think that this is your only course of action to get you out of the mire' were his exact words and he agrred the forms. br at 10.06.Next came the or-went thro couple basic questions told us to open a cashminder acc with co-op and will send letter next week
left court at 11am now br
have opened co-op cashminder acc[lady on phone v helpful & nice better than barclays!!] should receive pack in a couple of days
Me & OH would like to say a big thanks to everyone on this site all the advise that given and questions asked by everyone has been really helpful to us and has allowed us to start on the path to a debt free life:o
WE NEVER WANT TO SEE A CREDIT CARD AGAIN
