Hello i dont know if anyone can help me,
I will have been made bankrupt 2 years this June,
I live in my fathers house,he died 2 years ago February, there are 5 children who all have a share in the house, there is no mortage to pay,
I understand my share of the house will go to pay off my debts, but can they really make us sell it and therefore making me homeless, I have 25 points with the council housing,
Our solicitor keeps getting letters from the offical receivers asking if the house is up for sale, at this time with current property prices my sisters and brothers are reluctent to put the house up for sale,Can they make us do it?
any information would be apprieciated
Thanks
Mark

Could your brothers and sisters between them come up with your share of the property to pay the OR? You could then stay living there, ans when it's eventually sold will be shared between just the 4 of themAccept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0
