Excess for IPA

Evening all

I have sent my IPA form back to the OR and I have around 1000 left over (However I will contest this) Can you infrom me of how much my IPA might be?

I have mentioned that my job might come to an end next month. So I assume that as you have a cooling off period of a month when you receive your figure request, I will have to submit another IPA? Or can the figure be backdated?

Thanks in advance

I have mentioned that my job might come to an end next month. So I assume that as you have a cooling off period of a month when you receive your figure requestno you have 14 days with which to sign and agree and return it, I will have to submit another IPA?yes if your circumstances have changed Or can the figure be backdated? An IPA starts from when you sign and send back the agreement

    Thanks in advance

    Thanks Merry and Dalip,

Yes isn't it! I have no assetts and I have very few outgoings! my wage is around 2100 take home. I don't think I can add to my SOA either. I was expecting around 500 when I put my form in but not 700!!! :( I'm well depressed! :(

Thanks nervous Mother. I was lucky enough to move into a perfect place and at a very very cheap rate, it's home now and I wouldn't want to move. If I turn the heating up, my landlord gets stung with the bill and he's a fair guy and I wouldn't want to p*** him off. Will post my soa as soon as, am on a friends comp at the mo, and it's on my comp at home.

By the way, if my job does come to an end next month and I am out of work and have to take a break in my IPA, does the time stop and then commence again when I am back working?

inform the OR when you finish work & the IPA will be susoended....soon as you start work again inform the OR & the IPA will be re started

No if they suspend the IPA and then for evey month it is suspended it counts towards the 36:D .So your IPA ends 36 mths from the first payment regardless of how many "installments" you have made.Dx
