Have been given (yes, free !!) a bread maker and my first loaf is underway as we speak.
I found it really difficult holding the bags of flour/milk powder etc whilst I measured everything out.
Kitchen looked like a real mess when I finished !
Does practice make perfect, or is there an easier way.
I'm thinking all these ingredients need decanting into something more suitable and keeping all together.
I've been reading up on all the BM threads in preparation for its arrival but not yet found any hints & tips from all you experts out there.

With my old breadmaker i stored the flour in sealable foodbags as i used to measure the flour in cups and found i couldn't scoop the flour out of the paper bags accurately. When it broke and i brought a panny:j , i found it was ok keeping the flour in the original bags as i weigh the ingredients straight into the bread bucket on digital scales. I keep the salt, sugarand yeast in small lock and lock boxes. hope this makes sense and helps!0
