Hi there, i was looking for a bit of info & wondered if anyone could help me out.. How long does bankruptcy stay "on file" for/ how would you find out if someone has ever been made bankrupt or can you only search for limited time periods? Any info would be great.. Thank you!!

6 Years on your credit files.....you can search the london gazette stays on there forever....
you can search here as well...http://www.insolvency.gov.uk/eiir/ BUT if they've been discharged from bankruptcy it dissapears from here 3mnths after discharge dateWe all die. The goal isn't to live forever, the goal is to create something that will0
