I wanna buy a laptop with paypal!

hello!
i want to buy a laptop, my desktop comp is starting to die (getting very old)!
ideally i would like one that could run lord of the rings online(which my old desktop can manage without too many problems), but i have no idea how much i am looking at cost wise, i am going for £300 in paypal as my target at the moment, but i may be able to dig out more stuff to get rid of!
i no longer have a bank account or cards and am gradually selling off everything i own and trying to keep the money in my paypal account for the laptop.
Any advice? good places to buy via paypal or specs i need would help me loads, and what sort of goal i need to set money wise.
really not sure if its a good idea to go the ebay route as i have heard some horror stories - prob would prefer to go new if its at all possible.
