dried banana chips, dried coconut,milk etc what to make

hi
wonder if anyone can help.
i have loads of dried banana pieces, some dried coconut, dried fruits.
milk butter, sugar the usual stuff oh and caramel carnation no syrup just used the last of it.
but has anybody got any ideas what i can make, i relay want to use the banana chips up more than anything.

They'd be lovely in flapjacks! I use this Nigella recipe as my base, but substitute whatever dried ingredients I have to hand to ring the changes each time. They are delicious.

I make an exotic bread and butter pudding with coconut milk and pineapple or banana chips, usually with brioche, but you can make it just as well with ordinary white sliced......Please forgive me if my comments seem abrupt or my questions have obvious answers, I have a mental health condition which affects my ability to see things as others might.0
