Hello
I was in Tescos today (Surrey Quays, SE London) and they have a lot of very cheap sun cream. It is all marked as discontinued.
Most of it is around the 75p mark for a 200ml bottle which is good value. It is mostly their own brand and they have lots of choice, normal, sensitive, kids, after sun etc and in all the main SPF's.
They also have the small squishy packs that you can put in your handbag for 50p.
They did have some other brands at cheapers than usual prices (Piz Buin and others) and I was really keen to get some P20 (that once only cream) which was selling for about £3 which is a brilliant price but they were sold out in that store - must check the others round here!
I'm on holiday in March so perfect timing for me!! :T

Just wanted to point out that suncream gets less effective as it ages so dont buy it ready for July/August etc0

I was wondering about that when I bought it.
I always buy fresh each year as I know it deterioates once opened.
I checked the bottles in store and they have a life of 12 months once opened but there didn't seem to be a Best Before Date.
Does it also deteriorate in an unopened bottle?
I'm going away soon so think (hope!) I will be ok.I've got my own flat :j:j

I'm sure it will be fine for march, just people stocking up for the Summer, adult skin will cope even then I just worry about young kiddies. Last time I went on holiday I passed a women on the beach rubbing coconut oil on herself!:mad:0
