Need your advice on designing wedding invitations

My sister is getting married next summer. I am helping her look for some affordable wedding invitations and favors. Does anyone recommend any sites for reasonably priced invitations and cards? She likes the idea of giving out CDs as wedding favors, too. It would be great if those could match her invitation design.

    Hi

    This company was recommended to me by my cousin's fiancee (they got married in September) after I commented on the lovely invitation she sent to me. She got her invitations from https://www.weddingcardprinters.co.uk - you can select your own text and they have lots of choice with regard to the invitations.

    The one she selected was a gatefold card called Butterfly Kisses - their cards are really good quality and I think pretty reasonable. You can proof read them online and they send the invitations to you via DHL.

    We did ours at vistaprint.co.uk - they were cheap and nice with lots of matching stationery available.

    And cashback via Quidco too. You do have to be careful to make sure to knock their logo off the back of some designs.

  • I just got married a few months ago, and I got my cards and favors from MonogramWedding .com (http://www.monogramwedding.com). I was really pleased with their selection, and you can design and lay out your own invitations exactly like you want them. I think they also sell CDs and save the dates and such, too. They were nowhere near as expensive as some of the other sites I checked, and I was really pleased with the quality. Good luck with your wedding planning!

    I've just looked at weddingcardprinters and product 409 I liked, but it's £173 for 80 invites :eek::eek:
