Hi
My OH was made redunant last year and paying the mortgage has been a real struggle ... fortunately he has just been offered another job (permanent with 3 month probationary period) and I have been in my current job for 4 years... I don't want to go through the struggle again so would like to find out about mortgage protection/insurance but not sure where to start looking and what the terms are?
Any help would be appreciated!

Don;t know if this helps at all, http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/mortgages/payment-protection-insurance i am looking for a mortgage at the moment so do not have any experience of MPPI but did read that link which was quiet helpful.0
