Husbands new PAYE coding arrived today which says his code will change from 603L to 153L due to £4504 employer benefits? What is all this for? He gets BUPA which is about £600 but no idea what the rest is for? He works on the rigs out of Norway but pays normal UK tax-the company however pay his tax in Norway-could it be this? Its usually a nominal amount -about £200. Do they include benefits such as expenses when travelling-flights/hotels etc? Thank you.
