Not sure if to Switch

We are currently on an abbey variable rate of 4.60% on our mortgage and i doubt we will see the new rate cut and the rate will bound to go up at somepoint this year

I have called abbey today and can get a two year fixed rate for 4.19% and this will take my payments down each month but wondering if they will change their fixed rates in the next month

Any ideas if to switch now or wait??

    Why 2 years ???
Are you coming into some money and going to clear the mortgage in 2 years !
What are they offering you over 5 years ??
Rates have never been so low
Do you want to pay the smallest amount you can each month or clear the debt you have on your HOME.
5/10 year deals give you security and time to repay a big chunk of the mortgage debt BUT WHAT THE HELL DO I KNOW !
