Application form and previous convictions

Just filling out a form for a police support job and came across the section requiring the disclosure of all previous convictions or warnings. Can happily say I've not any in this country. About 32 years ago, in another country and under a different citizenship I've had a bind-over for a minor offense and a separate motoring offense.
Would it be prudent to declare these or because it was in another place so long ago and under non-English laws, I need not attract attention in this area of the application?
