Has anybody got Mary Berry's Complete Cookbook 1995 edition?

I've let my Nan borrow mine and can't get to hers because of the snow and I have all the ingredients in for her 'Winter Vegetable Soup' but can't remember the quantities! I don't want to bother her as I know she's got friends to stay!

If anyone has the book and could let me know how much turmeric and dill and veg stock I need as well as the method (order of ingredients as I know its quite specific!) I would really appreciate it!

I'm desperate for this yummy soup especially as it's snowing!

Thanks

    carrot
    potato
    leek
    celery
    spring onion
    turnip
    veg stock
    spinach
    turmeric
