Hello everyone?
I took a course in 2005 on gorunds that I was guaranteed a job during or after the course or they would refund the money. The institute failed to provide lectures adquately but I managed to do most of the exams. Soon the 2years of the course came to an end. The institute refused to find me a job and refused to pay the money back.
I looked for help from different organisations but they could not help. Can anyone advise on what I can do to get the money back? Is it too late for any form of help? The bank is chassing me for the money big time!

what is the exact wording of the contract you signed regarding employment?
small claims online maybe?Debt free 4th April 2007.
