Sick Pay Query

Best thing to do then is ask about the sick pay when you return to work.
One case of discretionary sick pay over full and part time won't amount to discrimination, but it is illegal to treat part timers detrimentally compared to full timers (can't remember exact wording - been a long day, sorry!). You could ask if the reason you have not been paid is because you are part time. That may spook them enough to rethink. But hopefully it's all an admin issue and you'll get paid on your return.
