Delia's chocolate log is seriously good but I've only made it once for a special occasion, it's not really for every day, but I suppose it could be adapted using the cake recipe and a less indulgent filling.

Ive found a recipe for swiss roll on bbc food http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/database/swissroll_6491.shtml
I would guess you could change to 3oz s/r flour, 1oz coco powder to make it chocolate!!!! HTH0 -
