Help For Self Employed

It appears that one needs to be on Benefits to qualify for Govt help with mortgage interest payments. What about the self-employed like me whose income has reduced to a trickle. Any ideas?

it seems self employed people dont get much help as the dhss expects self employed to put money aside for a rainy day.ridiculous i now liquidlen as most people who are self employed live month by month0

My step father is self employed and has had help in the past.
If i were you i would make an appointment with them and see what they say.
It cant do any harm
