Advice on Financial statement for Bankruptcy form.

Hi Everyone,

I am currently in the process of going bankrupt and filling out the necessary forms, however, I am a bit stuck with regards to the part where I have to list my outgoings/living expenses. I gather that there is a maximum amount allowed for necessary living expenses and it only extends to certain things. I have done a quick google search, but cannot find any information about what is allowed to be listed and the maximum amounts.

If anyone could point me in the direction of such information, I would be most grateful.

Hi Kris,

There are amounts that are generally agreed to be the acceptable cost of different expenses. However OR's seem to differ and occasionally reject things that 90% of other ORs seem to allow (presents, holidays).
The best thing to do is to post your SOA on here and people will look and tweak anything that might not get kindly thought of by the OR!

Don't worry - they actually put some of my expenses UP and not down....
