SOA - I need some help please

Hi, I am a lone parent with a 16yr old who is still in school. I work part-time as a carer. I have been robbing peter to pay paul for some time now and it's getting that I can't stop worrying about it, I have got creditors phoning up all the time and debt collectors and bailiffs sent to my door. I've tried very hard to meet my payments but I just don't have enough money to around, so after a lot of thought I have decided to go bankrupt and I would appreciate any help you can give with my SOA. Thanks.

    Hi there and welcome,

It seems like you haven't got much in the way of a surplus for paying off your creditors

Have you got your BR fees already saved or is a family/friend lending you the money?

As you probably know it costs £495 to go BR.

This should leave you with a surplus of just £3, (if my maths are correct) which is perfectly acceptable amount to go BR on. If you do pay water rates just take the money off the emergency fund and put it in you water rates column.
All the amount adjustments made are allowed in a BR.

    Hope this helps you.
