Blast and the BFI present: Future Film Festival 13-15 February
Want to get involved in all things film?
If you are 13 – 25 years old then the Future Film Festival is for you! Presented by BBC Blast and the BFI, the festival will be three packed days of film screenings, workshops and debates, and it’s all FREE.
Develop your writing skills alongside professional film critics and screenwriters or learn how to direct and film a live band. Work with animators, actors and artists to explore every aspect of putting a film together, from having the idea to getting it noticed. There is also a chance to put your questions to the experts in a wide range of industry Q&A panels.
Experts include actor, director and writer - Noel Clarke, Hollywood director - Asif Kapadia, Radio 1 film critic - James King and the man behind Eastenders, Executive Producer - Diederick Santer.
Radio 1's James King and singer Jenna G will also be hosting the Future Film Awards, which will celebrate up and coming UK talent.
All the events take place at the BFI, London.
There's a long list of events on the website. It's all free but you do have to book in advance.
