In conjunction with Confessions of a Shopaholic - a chance to win a £5k shopping spree in London, a lunch at Selfridges, dinner in Soho and a stay at the Park Lane Mews Hotel. Just need to enter details on http://www.shopaholiccomp.com

The T&Cs can also be found on the site but unfortunately it does not seem to be working at the mo.

1. Entries to the promotion will be accepted (subject to these terms and conditions) from Tuesday 3rd February 2009 until the closing date: midnight on Monday 23rd February 2009 (for Magazines only) and from Monday 9th February 2009 until the closing date: midnight on Sunday 1st March 2009 (for TV only) . Any entries received outside of the promotion period will be deemed invalid.

• £1,000 towards the following:
• Overnight accommodation at the Park Lane Mews in a twin/double room
• Full English breakfast included (for two)
• Lunch for two at the Wonder Bar in Selfridges to include a glass of champagne each
• Dinner at Bocca di Lupo in Soho for two to include wine
• £50 travel expense

1. The Prize does NOT include expenses such as mini bar, room service, laundry etc and all other incidental or meal costs not listed above. These will be the responsibility of the Prize Winner and their guest. Prize is valid for six months from date given away.
2. The Prize Winner under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a guardian.
3. Travel periods for the Prize Winner to take the Prize may not include Christmas, New Year, Easter, School holidays and public holidays
