Hi
I have found a house I am really interested in buyer with a partner, we can borrow up to 125,000 and the house we are looking to buy is 73,000, does anyone know of any mortgages that lend between 90-100% for first time buyers as I am really struggling and the whole thing is like a huge mine field!
I would be grateful for any information.

95% is the absolute max, expect high fees and rates.
How much money do you actually have saved up for the deposit, legal fees, valuation fee and moving costs?0 -
To be honest I think 95% is now a distant dream
90% lenders are thin on the ground as well, but more options available.
