house sale of 5 yrs

considering going bankrupt me an hubby. however sold a house nearly 5 yrs ago.we had to move into a mobility home council cos of my failing health, we lived on the proceeds for 2 yrs could not have any benefits untill used.fair enough but thats when debt began an now just spirralled. the prob being i have read on here u can get into trouble for selling a house for up to 5 yrs before b.a. but sold it legit what have we done wrong. an is it worth waiting another 6 month as that is when the 5 yrs up.i am really panicking now,if o.r thinks we hiding something.

If it was sold for the correct price for that house at that time then you will have no problems at all.
