our day in court is tomorrow and have just finished online forms:T
thanks to everyone for assist on all my stupid questions - couldn't have done it without you

one more question- bank accounts for br's?

i have been reading about co-op cashminder but my nearest is 50 miles away-bit far to run to as my nice boss who me & oh work for has started to pay us in cash so as to avaoid money been eated up by bank[very nice man my boss], anyway barclays account i'm not sure about as barclays quite high up list of people we owe money to, can they take money from new acc when we have gone br or is it protected from that?

    Yeah its really bad there as i just had a call from my dad who after 3 hours has given in trying to get to work but dont panic he is not a Judge. LOL

    I set mine up on a Tuesday and received my debit card and info pack on the Saturday
