I am sure it's 16 degrees Celsius minimum? I've also just googled it to confirm this and it is, look here: http://www.southtyneside.info/faq/default.asp?showPage=viewfaq&pk_answer=183

I think you may also find that there is a requirement that employers do have a thermometer available for just this purpose, checking that the minimum temperature is maintained.

What type of goods are in the warehouse?

Thought warehouses had to be 14C minimum as it is classed as an area where there is more activity? It's 16c in office environments but the 'thermal comfort' type thing still applies. Think you need to find other workers that are too cold and join together. If more than a certain percentage are unhappy then I think the employer is legally required to sort out the heating.

Contact the Health and Safety Executive. There is a legal minimum and your employers are breaking the law.

Then that is their responsibility to provide it (PPE).

and top heat allowable? My office can get to 86 in the summer. It's too hot to think.
