    i must add that when i lose my job i wont be paying £408 to nursery as he wont be going and my ctc will drop dramatically. i obviously wont have a wage so will be on £60.50 a week income support.

    If you remove any debt replacements, do you have a positive amount left at the end? I think your phone bill is very high, especially as you have a mobile phone listed as well. And it's unlikely you would be allowed an emergency fund, money for presents, etc.

    i have a b/band - lline - cable package - they want £155 to disconnect

    mobile is contract - tied in for another 12 months

    so im not allowed to save for my sons bday presents/xmas?

    If you are giving up your house, you might have to give this up anyway? :confused: So it could be included in your bankruptcy.

    If you can afford it (out of your surplus if necessary) and want to keep it, then that should be fine, but the amount may not be allowed as part of your normal SOA.

    Once you're living solely off benefits your SoA is pretty irrelevant, they can't take an IPA so you just put down your basic living costs.
