If you remove any debt replacements, do you have a positive amount left at the end? I think your phone bill is very high, especially as you have a mobile phone listed as well. And it's unlikely you would be allowed an emergency fund, money for presents, etc.Get free advice before embarking on bankruptcy: CCCS 0800 138 1111 National Debtline 0808 808 4000

If you are giving up your house, you might have to give this up anyway?
So it could be included in your bankruptcy.
mobile is contract - tied in for another 12 months
If you can afford it (out of your surplus if necessary) and want to keep it, then that should be fine, but the amount may not be allowed as part of your normal SOA.
so im not allowed to save for my sons bday presents/xmas?
This would have to come out of your surplus

no not at all!
its already doom and gloom............with a slight glimmer of hope!0 -
Once you're living solely off benefits your SoA is pretty irrelevant, they can't take an IPA so you just put down your basic living costs.
