Although I know my way around Dundee I don't know the name of the streets. Can anyone tell me where this hotel is and if handy for the centre ? Thanks

It is at the bottom of Commercial Street, 5 min walk West to Overgate shops and 5 mins East to Welgate shops with all the other shops in between the two centres.0
