hi ya advice please ! currently looking for a remortgage deal ,have spend hours burning the midnight oil and was wondering if this is a good deal that i have been offered ! currently mortgage free since july last year ,have no credit cards ,debts etc and was offered £30.000 from the one account at 3.90% varible i I am paying a all in fee of £560 ,paying £306.00 per month with a extra £500 (easy saver account stash) if i can ,then paying a endowment in 3 years witch matures ,probably £20 grand as its not on target i dont think that means paying in 2 years 1 month instead of 10 years ,saving £ 4.416.00 in interest payments ,so the remortgage has cost just a little including fees £1500.00 ! or do you think a £10.000 repayment and a £20.000 interest only when the endowment comes out would be a better deal ! the money is for a extention ,which will start in june
