I could have sworn I heard him say that today on Prime Minister Questions on Sky. Could not believe he said it out loud! I am sure the media will grab hold of this now and not let go!0
-
He says it was a slip of the tongue, to be honest I think he meant it, just like when he 'slipped' by saying 'I saved the world'
The fact that it's in his vocabulary at this time would suggest it's been talked about behind the scenes.
He's a liar, plain and simple.0 -
He shouldn't be allowed out unsupervised that man!0

It's already reached the mainstream papers.Happy chappy0

Some would say he doesn't get out unsupervised, he's got his mates sitting behind him in parliament. Maybe he should do what I think either Regan or Bush were accused of and wear an ear-piece to receive quotes, answers or sound-bites from someone ultimately more qualified than him.He shouldn't be allowed out unsupervised that man!
not sure who that advisor would be though, but at least they could remind him to engage brain before opening his gob:D. He just seems to continue digging the ever increasing hole that we UK plc are in. Maybe the voices in his head should tell him "Broon, put the shovel down and move away from the hole" 0 -
What is the definition of a depression. Whether he meant it or not it's certainly on their agenda behind closed doors as already pointed out.I came in to this world with nothing and I've still got most of it left. :rolleyes:0

Maybe he has been reading my comments on the thisismoney website re: Britain coming out of a recession and into a depression....0

If you hear the audio he says "re-depression" - it was clearly a slip of the tongue.
But I think depression is right. If the whole of the developed world contracts this year as is predicted, then I think we can call it a depression.0 -
If the PM cannot get a vital and sensitive word right in a fairly short speech then I think he should step down. I know he's only a mindless mouthpiece, but I would at least expect him to be able to repeat Alistair or Mandy's script without messing up.0

Read that article a few weeks ago and it is happening, no on can hide from it. Has anyone seen the news on house raffles? Instead of listing houses for sale many home owners are selling raffle tickets for about 25 USD (about 10,000 tickets) and the lucky winner gets a house for 25....0
