As you seem to consider everything in terms of buytolet landlords I thought I would give you my opinion.
We are currently decreasing the amount of polish and eastern european tenants we have and letting to people claiming LHA from the council.
The overall benefit is we get £101.39 per week per flat where we were getting £70-£75 before.

So overall things are going well. Plenty of tenants and the returns are getting better

Whenever I see a post from 'RomansProperties' I tend to read it without the 's' and get a vision of masive colosseums, aqueducts, roman baths, loads of columms and ornate celings.

I'm taking from this post though that isn't really an accurate vision.

I think Roman Abramovitch and assume some Eastern block style accommodation in a freezing cold gulag. Might be nearer the truth.

Being 'Roman' you would at least hope for a bath rather than a shower.

    More tenants?

Or fewer tenants that can pay more?

    Swings and roundabouts I suppose.

    Loads of tenants.
Any advert for property to let Which says DHSS welcome and the phone will ring off the desk.
Add to that the people that get refered to us have people supporting them and helping them along with their tenancy things are looking ok.
We still have a lot of polish tenants and I will miss the bottles of vodka we get when they make a visit home
